As a Recruiter for Marvel Medical Staffing

You will be a direct part in providing top talent to our clients nationwide. Individuals that excel in this role are driven, hungry, positive, and passionate about finding solutions for their healthcare travelers. Our recruiters are placed in just one of our many healthcare divisions so they can specialize in that select area!

Essential Duties:

  • Recruiters provide customer service to our healthcare travelers with ethics and integrity
  • Utilize time management and organizational skills to run a successful desk
  • Develop knowledge of database and other recruiting tools
  • Consistently looking for ways to improve recruiting strategies and goals
  • Consistently meet department KPI expectations (outbound dials, applications submitted, submissions of profiles, placements, etc.)
  • Adapt strong communication skills to work with client managers
  • Qualify candidates to the job orders
  • Attract, hire, and retain healthcare travelers through relationship building

Requirements / Qualifications:

 

 

  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • 2-year college degree (preferred)
  • 2-years of sales, medical/healthcare background, and/or recruiting experience ** Strongly preferred **
