Senior Nursing Recruiter Job Description
Pay:
$46,000-$60,000 base + Commission (We have an aggressive commission structure)
As a Team Manager you will have a $100,000 base salary
Job Description for a Senior Medical Recruiter:
- As a Senior Nursing Recruiter you will begin by growing your desk.
- As you are growing your desk you will begin managing a team of recruiters.
- As your team grows you will be focusing less on your desk and more on growing your team’s numbers.
- You will manage up to 6 recruiters on your way to leadership.
- Once your team reaches it’s goals you will become a Team Manager and no longer run a desk.
Requirements:
- You must have at least 1 year experience in the Medical Staffing Industry.
- Team player mentality.
- 100% positive person and always seeing the good in others.
Preferences:
2+ years of medical staffing experience
Management experience (especially in the medical staffing industry)
Training experience
LTC experience is a plus
