As a Manager of Business Development for Marvel Medical Staffing
You will work directly with the Compliance Specialists to complete full background checks on Marvel Medical Staffing travelers.
Essential Duties
- Receive background requests from the Compliance Specialists that will include the exact background requirements needed for assignment.
- Research and initiate all federal background check requirements
- Examine all state and county specific background requirements, including fingerprinting
- Order, process, and review all background checks
- Communicate daily with Compliance Specialist and Sales teams regarding pending results, completed results, alerts, additional requirements, and delays
- Communicate with clients for clarification, when necessary
- Manage and maintain background resources and efficiency of process
- Manage and maintain all FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) regulations
- Special projects and duties, as needed
Requirements / Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- College degree is preferred
- ** Demonstrated experience within healthcare staffing completing backgrounds/credentialing/compliance job duties ** REQUIRED
