As an Allied Cardiopulmonary Recruiter for Marvel Medical Staffing

You will be a direct part in providing top talent to our clients nationwide. Our recruiters are driven, hungry, positive, and passionate about finding solutions for their healthcare travelers. These individuals will be putting a focus on contacting Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRT’s), Certified Respiratory Therapists (CRT’s), Sleep Technologists, EEG Technologists, Dietitians, Perfusionists, Anesthesia Techs, and many more.

Essential Duties

  • Recruiters provide customer service to our healthcare travelers with ethics and integrity
  • Utilize time management and organizational skills to run a successful desk
  • Develop knowledge of database and other recruiting tools
  • Consistently looking for ways to improve recruiting strategies and goals
  • Consistently meet department KPI expectations (outbound dials, applications submitted, submissions of profiles, placements, etc.)
  • Adapt strong communication skills to work with client managers
  • Qualify candidates to the job orders
  • Attract, hire, and retain healthcare travelers through relationship building

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • 2-year college degree (preferred)
  • 2-years of sales, medical/healthcare background (working with or as a RRT, CRT, Sleep Technologist, EEG Technologist, Dietitian, Perfusionist, Anesthesia Techs, etc.), and/or recruiting experience with those fields ** Strongly preferred **
